CONVEYANCE METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PLATE OBJECT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in conveying a plate object in a slightly inclined and vertical state with its lower side supported by rotating rollers or a rotating belt, in which the plate object becomes unstable and falls down to a side with no support. SOLUTION: The plate object is horizontally moved by the rotation of the rotating rollers or the flat belt in the vertical state with its lower side supported by the rotating rollers or the flat belt. Then, the plate object is supported so as not to fall down by the negative pressure of an airflow flowing parallel to the plate object. The airflow is made to flow in a channel having an opening part parallel to the direction of the airflow.
