PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the mounting structure of a window panel capable of position adjustment without moving a rear window panel and a mold from the peripheral section of a window opening. SOLUTION: The lower surface of a mold 6 (6A, 6B) has a shape with low frictional resistance to the peripheral section of the window opening, therefore in the case that the mold 6 and the peripheral section 3 are abutted against each other, low frictional resistance occurs in moving the mold 6 vertically and horizontally. Thus, position adjustment is made with the rear window panel 1 mounted on the peripheral section 3 of the window opening 2.
