摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic device or the like which can maintain stable image quality even when the device is repeatedly used. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic device 1 is equipped with an electrophotographic photoreceptor 11, an electrifying part 12, an image exposure part 13, a developing part 14, a transfer part 15 and a cleaning part 17. The electrophotographic photoreceptor 11 has an intermediate layer and a photoconductive layer successively formed on a conductive substrate. The intermediate layer is made of at least an inorganic pigment and a binder resin. The inorganic pigment contains a component consisting of particles with <=0.2μm particle size by >=10%. The photoconductive layer is formed by applying a coating liquid prepared by dispersing or dissolving a charge generating substance and a charge transfer substance in an organic solvent on the conductive supporting body where the intermediate layer is formed, and then removing the organic solvent by drying. The organic solvent is composed of at least one kind of organic solvent selected from cyclic ether compounds, ketone compounds, aromatic hydrocarbon compounds and derivatives of the above compounds.
