PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a metal-ceramic composite material with a metal tube buried therein, which does not cause metal veins or cracks around the buried metal tube. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a metal-ceramic composite material with a buried metal tube comprises forming a preform of a bottom plate with ceramic powder or ceramic fiber of reinforcement, forming several preforms having holes into which a metal tube is inserted, arranging the several preforms with the holes in line so that the holes can be continuously ranged and a slit can be inserted between the preforms, on a preform top face of the formed bottom plate, inserting a metal tube into holes of the arranged several preforms, and then impregnating the molten aluminum or aluminum alloy of matrix into the preforms including the bottom plates, in nitrogen atmosphere under no compression.
