摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meandering quantity measuring instrument with which a worker can easily measure the meandering quantity of an object to be measured with high accuracy in a short time without causing any personal error regardless of the curved direction of the object. SOLUTION: This contact-type meandering quantity measuring instrument is constituted of a base section 1, a pair of supporting pins 4 which are fixed to the base section 1 and supports both ends of the object 6 to be measured or their vicinities, and a measuring section (a spline micrometer 2, a contact inspecting section 3, and a touch limit sensor 5) which is supported by the base section 1 and measures the meandering quantity (arch-like curved amount) of the object. When the knob 2B of the spline micrometer 2 is turned, a spindle 2A advances and brings the contact section 3A of the contact inspecting section 3 into contact with the object through a connecting section 3C. When the section 3A is brought into contact with the object, the touch limit sensor 5 detects the contact and, consequently, a buzzer is actuated and a lamp is turned on. At this point of time, the instrument calculates the zero-based moving amount of the spindle, namely, the meandering quantity of the object.
