PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gate that can facilitate replacement of a water stop in an installation site by dispensing with conventionally required complicated work. SOLUTION: The doorstop side water stop 5 is fixed to a first water stop receiver 30 with a plurality of setscrews 12 to construct a doorstop side water stop unit 31, and a door side water stop 7 is fixed to a second water stop receiver 32 with a plurality of setscrews 12 to construct a door side water stop unit 33. For the replacement of the doorstop side water stop 5, the existing doorstop side water stop unit 31 is removed from a doorstop 4, and a new doorstop side water stop unit 31 is mounted there. For the replacement of the door side water stop 7, the existing door side water stop unit 33 is removed from a door 6, and a new door side water stop unit 33 is mounted there.
