PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent, lightweight and high-rigid polyolefin composite resin containing a layered compound. SOLUTION: The polyolefin composite resin is produced by mixing and kneading a silane-treated layered compound that is prepared by being treated with an alkali metal compound and/or alkaline earth metals compound and polyolefin, with the layered compound, organosilane compound and material treated by protic solvent.
