PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleanser composition meeting both the stain-proofing and deodorizing effects on the hard surfaces in toilets, bathrooms and the like. SOLUTION: This cleanser composition comprises (a) a polymer composed of monomer unit as the constituent unit having quaternary ammonium or tertiary amino group, (b) a surfactant and (c) at least one fragrant component selected from a specific compound group including 1-heptanol.
