<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag for particles or powders or the like which is suitable for packaging of grain such as rice, powders such as flour, compost such as leaf mold or KANUMA soil, and a heavy object such as feed stuff without braking a bag by shock at the time of dropping the bag and easily coming off an adhesive seal part even sealing strength by an adhesive is weak, and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: An unstretched, easily stretchable and continuous sealant film is put on a print machine having a plurality of print stations, and designs and characters or the like are printed on a corona discharge treatment face to become the outside face of the bag. In the tail end of the print station, a urethane adhesive is discontinuously coated on a part to become the edge of the bag eliminating a part to become an opening of the bag on the other side of the corona discharge treatment face so as to ensure an air discharging path. After solvent is dried and evaporated, the part is dried and bonded with the corona discharge treatment face of the other unstretched, easily stretchable and continuous sealant film, and is wound as a continuous body. This applies aging treatment and is cut at a predetermined pitch, and becomes a three-way sealed bag.</p> |
