PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a rotor enabling very easy production without using any adhesive and to provide a rotor and a rotation sensor using the rotor. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method for the rotor 13, the rotor is manufactured by arranging a cylindrical body 13d constructed of a nonmagnetic conductor having an opening 13e formed in the circumference direction to a main body 13a formed of an insulating magnetic material and shaped into a cylinder, and the rotation sensor 10 uses the rotor 13.
