PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable primary particles to be uniformly dispersed in a raw material resin by easily crushing secondary particles of ultra-fine powder of a nanometer order to the primary particles. SOLUTION: An apparatus 10 for kneading the ultra-fine powder and the resin comprises a screw feeder 22 concentrically mounted in a cylinder 21, a plurality of rotary discs 23 concentrically, integrally rotatably mounted at the feeder 22, and a plurality of fixed discs 24 concentrically mounted at the cylinder 21 so as to be opposed to side faces of the discs 23. A method for kneading the ultra-fine powder and the resin comprises the steps of forming a plurality of kneading zones K1 to K5 with a melting temperature of the raw material resin G in the cylinder 21 as a reference temperature on the premise of use of the apparatus 10 so that the zones K1 to K5 sequentially become high or low near the reference temperature, sequentially passing the powder U and the resin G through the plurality of the zones K1 to K5 by a drive rotation of the feeder 22, and thereby repeating the resin G in a semi-solid state and a soft state. |
