PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed molding having excellent heat resistance and oil resistance, small influence to an environment, a plenty of cyclability, a light weight and an excellent thermal moldability. SOLUTION: An extruder has an extrusion cylinder (EX1) having a resin supply unit, and a supply cylinder (EX2) for supplying a stock resin to the resin supply unit of the cylinder (EX1). A method for manufacturing a propylene resin foamed molding comprises a step of supplying a propylene foamed resin from the supply cylinder to the resin supply unit of the extrusion cylinder, under the condition in which a resin content balance (Q1/Q2) of an extrusion resin content (Q1: an extruded resin content of foaming resin when the foaming resin is filled in a sufficient content in the resin supply unit of the extrusion cylinder and freely supplied) of foaming resin of the extrusion cylinder to a supply resin content (Q2) of the foaming resin supplied from the supply cylinder, when the extrusion cylinder is operated in such an extrusion condition is in a range of 1.05 to 2.00. |
