PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prepreg which can give a laminate excellent in flame retardance, adhesion to a metal foil, and laser processibility. SOLUTION: An organic fibrous substrate is impregnated with an epoxy resin composition containing a phosphorus-containing epoxy resin, a curing agent, and an imidazolesilane compound which is a surface treatment agent for organic fibers. |
