摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid state optical spectrometer for combustion flame temperature measurement. SOLUTION: This solid state optical spectrometer is provided with: a first photodiode device equipped with a silicon carbide photodiode, having an optical response region in an OH band and capable of obtaining a first photodiode signal; a second photodiode device equipped with a silicon carbide photodiode and a filter, different from the first photodiode device, having an optical response region overlapping part of the OH band and capable of obtaining a second photodiode signal; and a computer for obtaining a radio by using the first and second photodiode signals and for measuring the combustion flame temperature by using the ratio.
