PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vacuum tweezers with the terminal input pen function, a method for using the tweezers, a panel-like work inspecting method, an electro-optical device manufacturing method, an electro-optical device and an electronic appliance in which the panel-like work can be efficiently handled, and the touch input in the terminal can be efficiently performed. SOLUTION: The vacuum tweezers with the terminal input pen function 100 comprises a tweezers body part 100 extending in a holding manner, a touch pen part 120 for performing the screen input by a tip part extending from the tweezers body part 110 in the axial direction of the tweezers body part 110, a work sucking part 130 for vacuum-sucking a liquid crystal panel 1' by the tip part branched sidewise from the tweezers body part 110, and a vacuum suction passage passing through the work sucking part 130 and the tweezers body part 110.
