PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden decorative laminated sheet of low cost which has a clear layer and is high in interlaminar adhesive properties while omitting a coating process. SOLUTION: A hot melt sheet 11, a nonwoven fabric 12, a lumber for architectural design 13, an adhesive agent 14, a clear sheet type binder 15 of thermoplastic resin and a clear sheet 16 of thermoplastic resin are laminated in turn on a base material 10.
