POLYORGANOSILOXANE MICROEMULSION COMPOSITION AND COSMETIC RAW MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyorganosiloxane microemulsion composition which is colorless and transparent and has an excellent cosmetic function to give wetness or smoothness to skin and a cosmetic raw material excellent in compounding stability with other raw materials and color stability. SOLUTION: The polyorganosiloxane microemulsion composition consists of (A) polyorganosiloxane, (B) N-acylalkyltaurine and/or its salt and (C) water and an average particle diameter of the emulsion particle is below 0.15μm. A cosmetic raw material composed of the polyorganosiloxane microemulsion composition is also provided.
