PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger, in which manufacturing steps for tank caps can be reduced. SOLUTION: A cap stopper piece 122a and a plate joint piece 122c are formed by partly bending a sheet W (base surface Wo) from the base surface Wo to the same side (the side of a core part 110). Thus, the cap stopper piece 122a and the plate joint piece 122c can be formed in one step. As a result, manufacturing steps of the tank cap 122 can be reduced, as a result, the manufacturing cost of the cap 122 (a condenser 100) is also reduced.
