PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten measurement accuracy when an indicator reacting with oxygen stored in a receiver having a discharge part is discharged from the discharge part and injected into a liquid to be measured and the concentration of dissolved oxygen included in the liquid to be measured is measured based on the change occurring in the liquid to be measured at that time. SOLUTION: This measuring method of the dissolved oxygen concentration includes a discard process for discharging a prescribed quantity of the indicator stored in the receiver from the discharge part and discarding it, an injection process for discharging the indicator from the discharge part after the discard process and injecting it into the liquid to be measured, and a determination process for determining the change generated in the liquid to be measured by the injected indicator.
