PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic sleeper connecting structure which dispenses with metallic members for ensuring connecting strength, ensures sufficient bending strength even at a location where the bending strength is the minimum, and is available in a concrete slab track. SOLUTION: The synthetic sleeper connecting structure is implemented by abutting longitudinal ends of respective synthetic sleepers 1a, 1b on each other to bond the same together. According to the structure, connecting portions 2a, 2b of the respective synthetic sleepers 1a, 1b have mutually complementary connecting ends, and the connecting portions 2a, 2b are longitudinally extended over a predetermined length from their ends, respectively. Then, a reinforcing plate 3 is arranged at least on one of upper and lower surfaces, and both side surfaces of each of the synthetic sleepers 1a, 1b, which plate is then bonded to a surface of the other sleeper 1b, 1a facing thereto. Further, a lower surface of the reinforcing plate 3 is rendered flush with the lower surface of each of the synthetic sleepers 1a, 1b.
