PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outside air inspecting apparatus, capable of obtaining a constantly specified outside air treating state, despite the state of the outside air through a simple treating process and easily obtaining a desired air state from the state of the outside air. SOLUTION: The outside air inspecting apparatus is provided with a body 6 having an outside air introduction opening 2, through which outside air is taken in and a discharge opening 4, through which treated outside air is discharged. The body 6 is provided at its internal part with a blower 7 and a water/air direct contact type heat exchanger 8, and the outside air, taken in through the outside air inlet opening 2, is discharged from the discharge opening 4 as air of approximately saturated state through the water/air direct contact type heat exchanger 8.
