PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece reversal equipment where the workpiece is reversed automatically and two processes are processed efficiently and continuously in a main shaft movement type machine tool. SOLUTION: The workpiece reversal equipment, which is prepared on the main shaft movement type machine tool provided with the main shaft supporting body that rotationally supports the main shaft equipped with a chuck 6 at front end, is prepared on the main shaft movement type machine tool which is movable at least to an axial-line direction of the main shaft and to it's perpendicularly intersecting direction, and is rockably prepared toward a reversal equipment 70 which is prepared on the main shaft movement type machine tool and a gripping chuck part 71 which is prepared on the reversal equipment 70, and rockably moves to a first position where the workpiece can be given and received between the chuck 6 and a second position where the workpiece can be given and received between the gripping chuck part 71, and has a reversing support part 72 by which the workpiece is reversed and supported and a rockable drive means 73 for rocking the reversing support part 72 which can be rockably moved to the second position for retraction during processing.
