PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily install a partition anywhere without requiring special skill, and to use a partition part as a housing space of an article when necessary. SOLUTION: This partition unit is composed of columns 2, 3, 4 and 5 for the four corners, intermediate columns 9, 10, 11 and 12, depth directional sash bars 20, 21, 22 and 23, panels 25, 26, 27 and 28, and a shelf board 31 supported by and fixed to the columns by a proper means. The respective members are connected by a connecting bolt 29 and a nut 30. Either of panel 25 or 26 is not used when installing the shelf board 31.
