PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent washing water from injecting from a nozzle device even if an operating part is operated in error in the case of removing a toilet stool lid from a casing to perform cleaning work. SOLUTION: A unit 21 to be detected rotated in a designated angle range with the opening and closing operation of the toilet stool lid 8 is detected by a detecting means 13 installed in the casing 2, so that when the open state of the toilet stool lid 8 is detected and the detecting means 13 does not detect the unit 21 to be detected, the toilet stool lid 8 is regarded to be in the closed state, whereby in the case of removing the toilet stool lid 8 from the casing 2 to perform cleaning work, even if the operating part is operated in error, the washing water can be prevented from being injected from the nozzle device.
