PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition obtained from multilayer structure polymer particles, having good melt-kneading properties and providing a molding having good release properties, and to provide the molding of the same. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition is obtained by mixing and/or kneading 100 pts.mass of multilayer structure polymer particles and 0.1-1.5 pts.mass of a fatty acid amide and/or a bis-fatty acid amide, each fatty acid having 14-22C. The multilayer structure polymer particle has a rubber component layer (I) formed by copolymerizing a monomer mixture including an acrylate and a multifunctional monomer and a thermoplastic resin component layer (II) formed by polymerizing monomers consisting of a methacrylate and other monomers as optional components. The multilayer structure polymer satisfies the following conditions: (1) the thermoplastic resin component composing the outermost layer has a number average molecular weight of 30,000 or less; (2) a mass ratio of the layer (I)/layer (II) is 30-70-90/10; and (III) the particle has an average particle diameter of 150 nm or less.
