PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent invasion of water into a servo-motor, in a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A movable electrode chip 30 is opened/closed to a fixed electrode chip 32 under the rotary action of a feeding screw mechanism 36 connected with the servo-motor 34 and also, an oil seal 66 corresponding to an opening end part at the fitting side of the electrode chip is interposed between a motor housing 38 constituting the servo-motor 34 and a hollow rotor 46 held rotatably in the motor housing 38.
