PURPOSE: A molten aluminum control device for gravity casting is provided to automatically set the same quantity of molten liquid as quantity set from a ladle, without measuring quantity of molten liquid regardless the kind of a mold. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum gravity casting device supplies molten liquid by rotating a driving shaft(21) by a motor installed on the side of a bracket(10), transmitting power to a slave shaft(71) installed to the lower end of a column(11) by a chain(100), and rotating a ladle(80). A molten aluminum control device for gravity casting comprises an encoder(50) coupled to the driving shaft, to code and output the rotation frequency of the motor; an upper flange installed to the upper side of the slave shaft fitted into one end of the ladle; a lower flange(83) mounted to the lower side of the slave shaft, to correspond to the upper flange; a pin(90) passing through the upper flange, the slave shaft, and the lower shaft in order; and a locking pin(91) combined to the lower end portion of the pin, to prevent separation of the pin. Thus, the quantity of molten liquid is automatically set and the working hours are reduced.
