PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the appearance quality of the lower end part of a seatback formed by inserting a frame with a pad made of foam to a bag-like skin material from its top part. SOLUTION: Tongue-shaped extension pieces (10) (10) formed on the right and left of the terminal of the opening part of the skin material (1) are provided, and shape keeping piece (11) are sewn to these pieces (10) (10). These pieces (11) (11) are provided with an upper piece part (11A) to be inserted and held between the side frame parts (32) (32) of the frame (3) and the projection parts (22A) (22A) of a pad (2)and a lower piece part (11B) to be inserted and held between the lowest side face parts (22B) (22B) of the pad (2) and the skin material for (1) coating this.
