PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urination measure capable of improving the convenience in reducing troubles, sanitation, etc., in handling the device, and capable of precisely measuring the urination. SOLUTION: The quantity of variation of the weight of a subject while urinating is measured at a weight measuring part 11, and the time of the urination is measured at a time measuring part 13. These data are stored in a first memory part 14, and the signal components other than those generated by the urination are removed as noises at a noise removing part 15. Then, information on the urination such as the flow rate of urine and the quantity of urination is obtained by a urination operating part 16 from the data based on the relation between the quantity of variation of the weight during the urination after the noises are removed and the time of the urination, and the information on the urination is outputted at an outputting part 18.
