PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic shopping bag for setting on the shoulder in which a weighty burden all over the body and limbs is lightened by changing from a weighty burden to 'the palm of the hand' or 'an arm' when holding a shopping vinyl bag to that to 'the shoulder' which is more resistant to weight (from the viewpoint of the structure of the body) and the freedom of the palm of the hand and the shoulder is secured. SOLUTION: The length of the holding part of a plastic shopping bag generally used in a supermarket and a convenience store is extended so that the accommodating part of (the opening of) the shopping vinyl bag reaches the side of the waist rather than just under the armpit when a user sets it on the shoulder through an arm and the shoulder and is formed so that the holding part becomes a larger circle.
