PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive cabinet in which a perforated plate such as a punching metal can be simply and strongly fitted without using screws or with the minimum number of the screws and without providing highly accurate processing, beveling, etc. SOLUTION: Recessed channels 5, 10a, and 10b are provided on a top face board, a bottom face board 12 and left and right side face boards 4 surrounding the peripheral faces of a back face board 2 by facing to the peripheral end faces of the back face board 2 and as the peripheral end parts of a punching metal 3 together with the back face board 2 are fitted and strongly fixed into the recessed channels 5, 10a, and 10b of the top face board, the bottom face board 12 and left and right side face boards 4, they are simply fitted by using the minimum number of the screws and appearance is also improved and by forming the recessed channels 5, 10a, and 10b a little deeper, processing with a high dimensional accuracy is not required on the punching metal 3 and cost can be decreased and as the peripheral end parts of the punching metal 3 are hidden by the recessed channels 5, 10a, and 10b, it is unnecessary to provide safety processing such as beveling on the outer peripheral edge of the punching metal and manufacturing cost is decreased by decreasing man-hour.
