PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cycle exerciser with which a full body can be efficiently exercised by making a saddle perform a swing motion to right and to left linked with an ordinary cycling operation. SOLUTION: The cycle exerciser 1 is provided with a handle part 35 to be gripped by a user, a saddle part 37 for sitting down and a pedal crank part 5 for performing the rotary operation by moving a pair of left and right pedals 5b and 5b while placing feet thereon on a supporting stand 28 installed on the surface of the floor. The exerciser is equipped with a forward/backward swinging mechanism for making the saddle part swing back and forth while being linked with the rotary operation of the pedal crank part 5, a second eccentric cam 57 for making the supporting stand 28 swing to right and left by its own rotary operation and a driving mechanism for rotating the second eccentric cam 57.
