PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an acidic milk beverage containing a stable insoluble solid, wherein the insoluble solid is dispersively stabilized for a long period, and also aggregation of milk components is not caused in spite of containing the insoluble solid. SOLUTION: This acidic milk beverage containing an insoluble solid is such one as to contain milk components, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and microcrystalline cellulose. |
