PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive micro-mixer with a simple structure having a good mixing performance and capable of being easily manufactured. SOLUTION: The micro-mixer is provided with a plurality of mixing distribution units 10 provided with two inlets 11a, 11b and two outlets 12a, 12b. A flow passage forming a plurality of layers is formed by superposing a plurality of sheets of flow passage modules 7 in which a plurality of mixing distribution units are periodically arranged. The two outlets 12a, 12b in one mixing distribution unit of the respective flow passage modules are independently connected to each one inlet 11a, 11b of the two mixing distribution units in the flow passage module of the adjacent next layer to form a micro-mixing liquid in which two kinds of liquids A, B are mixed.
