Welding method for pre-shaped pipe neck

The method is aimed at welding of the pre-shaped pipe neck of the thermoplastic with the end of the plastic pipe inserted inside, whilst the parts of the neck and the pipe aimed at welding by thermal inlet are molten and at least in the area of the welding seam the overpressure is made. The overpressure is made by expandor before the welding starts, by the overpressure the pipe end aimed at welding expands so that the outer perimeter of the pipe end fits to the inner perimeter of the neck and the underpressure is sustained till the end of the cooling after the welding finishes.
