PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing cut burdocks obtained by cutting burdocks and removing harshness therefrom, bagged and putting on sale, excellent in storability without requiring the sealing together of a preservation solution. SOLUTION: The harshness-removed cut burdocks are soaked in an antioxidant solution, and placed in a refrigerator for more than 8 hours, as they are dipped in the antioxidant solution. Then, only the dipped cut burdocks are bagged and the opening of the bag is closed with a detachable clip. |
