PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a protein or a DNA encoding the protein capable of using for (1) determination of a ligand to the protein described in the present invention, (2) to obtain a preventive and/or therapeutic agent for a disease relating to dysfunction of the protein described in the present invention, (3) screening of a compound (an agonist, an antagonist, and the like) that can vary bonding properties between the protein described in the present invention and the ligand. SOLUTION: Disclosed are the new protein or a salt thereof, the DNA encoding the protein, the determination method of the ligand to the protein described in the present invention, the screening method for the compound that can vary the bonding properties between the ligand and the protein, a screening kit used for the screening, a compound, a salt thereof, and the like, obtained by the screening. |
