PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dish washer capable of avoiding the early defacement of a body casing by preventing the adhered water adhered to the whole inner surface of a lid body from flowing into the body casing. SOLUTION: In this dish washer, an upwardly opened washing tub 2 is constituted so as to be horizontally or substantially horizontally insertable and drawable to the body easing 1, and the lid body 10 for opening and closing the upper opening part of the washing tub 2 is provided on the upper part of the body casing 1 in the state opened and closed so as to close the opening part when housing the washing tub 2 in the body casing 1 and open the opening part when the washing tub 2 is drawn from the body casing 1. The lid body 10 is constituted so as to have an inclined attitude where the inner surface is lowered toward one side, so that the adhered water 23 adhered to the inner surface flows to the lower side of the inclined attitude and falls in the washing tub 2.
