PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sauna system with which a comfortable feeling is expected by keeping a room temperature comparatively low and effectively radiating heat to a human body by far infrared rays. SOLUTION: A heat insulating member 21 is spread over the floor surface of a sauna room, and a floor heater 23 is provided on the upper part of the heat insulating member 21. Ceramic ball bags (ceramic layer) 25 are spread over the upper part of the floor heater 23. The inside of each of ceramic ball bags 25 contains a ceramic ball 26. A material to radiate far infrared rays by receiving heat such as quartz, for example, is available for the ceramic ball 26. The ceramic ball 26 is granular and there are various diameters from 8 to 15 mm.
