The inner pot 4 is formed by turning a clad material 7 to a blind cylindrical shape. At the time, a space part 13 is formed at a side face part 12. Also, at the outer peripheral part of the heat radiation plate 14, an expanded part 15 expanded near the inner side face of the inner pot 4 is formed.
