PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabinet for storage of home electric appliances, which reduces the number of components, and prevents an increase in member cost and occurrence of a wasted space. SOLUTION: In the cabinet for the storage of the home electric appliances, a cabinet body 1 is provided with a home-electric-appliance storage chamber 4 which houses home electric appliances 7 and whose front surface is opened, and a front opening 40 of the storage chamber 4 is provided with a door 6 which is equipped with a heat insulating function and made slidable to a ceiling part of the storage chamber 4.
