PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking stick which can be converted into a stool. SOLUTION: A tapped portion is provided in the peripheries of one ends of two of three shaft materials of an equal length that are made of a pipe material, and a ferrule is attached to the tips, and a fastened metal in which an inside screw is formed is provided in the other end, and a mounting hole to which a trifurcated member can be mounted is provided in the middles of the shaft materials. In addition, a tapped portion is formed in the periphery of the end of the other shaft material, and a ferrule is provided at the head of the other end, a stick is formed by connecting and assembling the shaft materials in the form of a rod and fixing the trifurcated member to the head, and assembling three shaft materials by the trifurcated member, and erecting on the ground in the form of a tower and by fixing a seat plate to the head.
