PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film cassette tray for radiography suitable for radiographing a subject, specifically allowing an operator to set a film at a proper position easily while visually recognizing the condition of the radiography with the subject lying on a translucent pad without forcing the subject to move and without giving the subject physical pain, and a radiography pedestal device with the tray. SOLUTION: The film cassette tray for radiography consists of a film cassette displacement preventive member to be disposed on a tray, a sliding member for moving mounted on the lower face of the tray, and an arm attached at least to a part of the peripheral face of the tray. The position of the radiographing face of the film cassette can be adjusted to a part to be radiographed by the arm when a radiograph is taken.
