PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive malfunction preventive device for power control element for controlling a load such as AC electric motor or the like without having an influence on a circuit connected in parallel to the load, and a vacuum cleaner using it. SOLUTION: A nozzle motor 52 is controlled by a power control element 1, and a resistor 3 and a capacitor 2 are connected in parallel to the nozzle motor 52 to prevent the malfunction by a noise from a power supply line.
