SOLUTION: A fixing part 103 for fixing a liquid crystal display part 102 has a shaft member 103a disposed at the end part of the liquid crystal display part 102; an upper bearing 103b and a lower bearing 103c for supporting the shaft member 103a rotatably on a support body not shown in the figure; and a wing bolt 103f fixed to the support body to impede the rotation of the liquid crystal display part 102 around the shaft member 103a.
