PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately shoot and distribute game balls into desired regions. SOLUTION: A twisting operation angle range limiting dial 37 is provided between a ball shooting handle 36 and a handle base 33, and a pin member 40 is fitted to a pin fitting boss 37a. Cutouts 33a, 33b, 33c, 33d are provided in the prescribed positions of the outer peripheral part of the handle base 33 so that a locking part 40c of the pin member 40 can be fitted into one of these cutouts. A projection 36a extended projecting onto the handle base 33 side is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the ball shooting handle 36, and a stopper 37b projecting radially outward is formed on the left side of the pin fitting boss 37a of the twisting operation angle range limiting dial 37 so that the projection 36a abuts on the stopper 37b when the ball shooting handle 36 is operated twisting to the right.
