PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent broken pieces of a reinforcement bar from scattering during bending the reinforcement bar. SOLUTION: The device is comprised of a stationary roller 5 to serve as a fulcrum, a bending roller 8 to bend the reinforcement bar 20 and a reaction force receiver 9. A gripping device that grips the reinforcement bar while bending is performed around the stationary roller 5 is also installed. On the opposite side of the reaction force receiver 9, either rotational nails 13 or a rubber board is attached to press the reinforcement bar 20 preventing it from scattering.
