PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for polishing and lifting game balls smooth and easy in reeling off a textile belt to which dirt adheres. SOLUTION: This device for polishing and lifting game balls comprises at the rear surface side thereof a take-up mechanism 10 for reeling off a used textile belt 80b therefrom by way of the driving force of rotors 17 and 41 and a mounting mechanism 50 for mounting an unused textile belt 80a thereon. The motors 17 and 41 of the take-up mechanism 10 are controlled in rotation while the device for polishing and lifting game balls is driven for automatically moving the textile belt 80, so that it is possible to easily reel off the textile belt 80b to which dirt is adhered without manually reeling it off in a narrow game machine island. In addition, the motors 17 and 41 of the take-up mechanism 10 reel off the used textile belt 80b during the operation of the device for polishing and lifting game balls, which operation causes the textile belt 80 to get dirty, so that dirt can be effectively removed from game balls.
