PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the waiting time to improve the convenience in a health information terminal for inputting biological information of a subject and transmitting it to a remote host computer by allowing the subject to input the biological information by a simple operation. SOLUTION: This terminal comprises a storage means 1 for storing the past value of biological information of the subject and an operation means 7 to be operated in order to input new biological information of the subject by changing the past value of the storage means to a reference. According to such a structure, since the subject can input the biological information by simple operation and need not to perform the connection to the host computer first, the waiting time can be minimized to improve the convenience.
