PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and simple means for remodeling a normal toilet seat to an elevated toilet seat. SOLUTION: A toilet seat height adjusting spacer is provided with an annular spacer, a first attaching member for attaching the annular spacer to a toilet and a second attaching member for attaching a toilet seat to the annular spacer.
